This kid, I am so fracking proud of him, to a fault. His first job. At 13. Admittedly I have to pick him up at midnight. Often later... It's not easy, love him so much!
It's been a long day. Got up, got kids ready and off to school, cleaned, did laundry , cleaned, got the boy up, cleaned got the boy up again. Fought with the boy why algebra is important and whether or not math us required in ALL grades in school ... If anyone has any insight, please let me know. UPHILL BATTLE. Yet he is so gifted. If only he had our wisdom, his knowledge. He'd be unstoppable.
Maybe God's plan is elsewhere.
